WHO WE ARE

LABORATORIOS INDAS, S.A.U. is business, 100% spanish owned, with more than 50 years of history, is leader in Spain in incontinence pads as well as in sanitary pads for the pharmaceutical channel.

LABORATORIOS INDAS develops, manufactures and sells products made from cellulose, nonwoven, gauze and cotton.

Products are sold to Hospitals, Pharmacies, Supermarkets and through the Internet.

During the last 50 years, INDAS has maintained an ongoing growth. In 1970 INDAS employed 20 people, while in 2005 they are 560, also, for these dates, the turnover has increased from 0,04 to 140 Millions of €, the number of plants has grown from 1 to 3, in Spain, Argentine and Morocco, and the market has changed from a local one to a global one; 3 subsidiaries: Portugal, Morocco, Argentine, and export to 30 countries in 4 continents.

Moreover to the traditional channels (pharmacy and hospital), have been added new channels; as consumer retail and the internet. As a result of this growth, the internationalization represents a high percentage in the INDAS business.
