Our Services Area supports LABORATORIOS INDAS’s business development. IT development, staff training and management, legal advice and institutional relations are some of its activities, underpinning the work at INDAS. Willing to help our staff, we intend this department’s direct clients –that is, all the employees in INDAS GROUP – to find the “reliable solutions” they need for their everyday work. The IT Division provides the company with essential information technologies, and so it is a basic component in our organisation. Given this division’s central role, in 2006 we carried out an ambitious investment programme in our main management servers, computer security, and new business management software.
The Human Resources Division is in charge of personnel selection and management. In 2006, we are consolidating a programme that began in 2005 for the analysis of the work environment, whose conclusions will lead to adopting the right measures and finding appropriate solutions to problems, with the aid of the human resource management tools that will be introduced this year. As is customary in LABORATORIOS INDAS, staff motivation is considered a key factor. This policy is reflected in our Victoriano Arochena Amestoy Awards (to Best Employee), Ongoing Improvement Awards (to Most Interesting Innovations), Human Relations Awards (to Best Workmate), our Christmas Greetings Competition for our employees’ children, and our staff physiotherapy services. Being a highly dynamic company, INDAS never forgets about staff training, since this is our main asset for the Group’s future. Thus, our Training Division offers both general training programmes (language learning, office software) and programmes for specific training needs (sales, new legislation, and so on). The Legal Division provides legal advice. As preventive corporate law is gaining strength, we base our legal practice on the protection of INDAS’s interests and the constant adjustment to the requirements of general law. Finally, the Institutional Relations Division implements the corporate communications policy as approved by the Board of Directors, while establishing and consolidating relations with institutions and organisations within our business scope. All the services in this department contribute to our company’s ongoing improvement.
